Spiritual Ecstatic Reggae Dance is a deep, grounding and joyful movement experience that blends conscious dance, meditation and live reggae & dub music. Designed for festivals seeking meaningful, embodied and inclusive programming, this offering invites participants into connection, presence and collective flow.  Unlike uptempo dances, Spiritual Reggae Dance slows you down, guiding you inward with the grounding rhythms of reggae music. The journey begins with a short warm-up and grounding meditation, allowing dancers to arrive fully in their bodies. From there, live roots-reggae and dub rhythms (live musicians and DJ sets) guide participants through an intuitive, free-form ecstatic dance journey. The experience closes with a nourishing savasana, supporting integration, rest and nervous-system regulation.
